Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, components, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
